In addition to managing the construction of Zocalo, RiverClay, and Solera, Chris has been the architect and contractor for numerous other mixed use and adaptive reuse projects in urban areas.

Chris received a degree from the University of Vermont and a Master of Architecture degree at the University of Colorado. He is Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Sustainable Communities Committee, sits on the ULI Executive Committee, and has served on the Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver Sustainable Building Task Force and the Denver Mayor’s Development Advisory Committee.
