Erik S. Hagevik - As Zocalo’s Acquisition Manager, Erik Hagevik originates and manages the acquisition and redevelopment of affordable and market rate multi-family properties to LEED-Certified levels. Erik joined Zocalo in July 2009 after 14 years as the Regional Acquisition and Development Manager for Fairfield Residential, based in their Denver office. At Fairfield his accomplishments included purchasing and developing more than 45 apartment communities with an investment value in excess of $2 billion and over 13,800 units in the western states.

Erik graduated from the University of Denver in 1994 receiving a bachelor degree with a dual emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
