Zocalo owners are our reason for being. As our first commitment to the residential owner, Zocalo generally does not accept investor contracts. We deliberatively do this to create an owner-occupied community rather than just a condominium building. In addition, we place the utmost importance on the performance and quality of dwelling units through a comprehensive warranty process. This warranty process helps foster the partnership that we feel with our buyers and in turn strengthens the sense of community that we value for our development projects.
