Lindsey Shorthouse – Lindsey is a realtor under the Powerhousing® license and possesses expertise in urban real estate markets including the areas of building design and planning, real estate sales and marketing.

Lindsey received a BS in Political Science and a minor in Natural Resource from Utah State University. Her graduate studies work in conservation led her into politics, as Campaign Manager for the current Mayor of Salt Lake City.  In this role she coordinated fundraising for "Downtown Green Incentives", one of the Mayor’s key campaign initiatives.  Following the campaign trail, Lindsey trained with the USA ski aerial team out of Park City and ran the marketing department for a successful IT services company.  Since moving to Denver, Lindsey has led marketing and fundraising efforts of several nonprofits and received her Realtors license, focusing on affordable and green developments.  Lindsey currently serves as the co-chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Speaker Series.
