Located in Denver’s Jefferson Park neighborhood, across from a six-acre park, RiverClay represents Colorado’s first LEED-certified residential condominium building.

This sixty-unit condominium will have among the largest photovoltaic arrays in Denver; enough to power, light and cool nearly 80-percent of the building’s common areas and parking. Based on energy modeling, the typical residence will be 30-percent more energy efficient than a comparable non-LEED residence.
