RiverClay - Under Construction
Located in Denver’s Jefferson Park neighborhood, across from a six-acre park, RiverClay represents Colorado’s first LEED-certified residential condominium building.
This sixty-unit condominium will have among the largest photovoltaic arrays in Denver; enough to power, light and cool nearly 80-percent of the building’s common areas and parking.
Based on energy modeling, the typical residence will be 30-percent more energy efficient than a comparable non-LEED residence.
Units range from 795 to 1,882 square feet and provide some of the largest balconies in central Denver. The balconies serve not just as a wonderful amenity to the residents, but act as a solar shade, reducing summer cooling requirements.
RiverClay will be completed in May 2008. Units are now for sale. You can visit the RiverClay show room at 2195 Decatur Street to see the future of sustainable living.
