RiverClay Completed
Located in Denver’s Jefferson Park neighborhood, across from a six-acre park, RiverClay is Colorado’s first LEED-certified residential condominium building, certified at the Silver level.
This sixty-unit condominium has one of the largest residential photovoltaic arrays in Denver; enough to power, light and cool nearly 80-percent of the building’s common areas and parking. Based on energy modeling, the typical residence is 38-percent more energy efficient than a comparable non-LEED residence. Units range from 795 to 1,882 square feet and provide some of the largest balconies in central Denver. The balconies serve not just as a wonderful amenity to the residents, but act as a solar shade, reducing summer cooling requirements.
RiverClay was completed in May 2008 and fully sold out in June 2009 - RiverClay received a Certificate of Occupancy in the third quarter 2008 and was sold out in the second quarter 2009.
