Our buildings incorporate substantial photovoltaic solar systems to generate efficient solar energy. RiverClay’s 40 kilowatt and 20|20 Lawrence’s 50 kilowatt arrays make these systems among the largest in the Denver region. In addition to energy efficient electricity, each system will power the building common space saving the homeowners’ association money on energy costs.

Solar Mortgage Program
Zocalo was one of the first developers nationally to offer individual photovoltaic systems to condominium buyers. Buyers at RiverClay and 20|20 Lawrence are able to purchase a one-kilowatt or two-kilowatt photovoltaic array that will reduce their utility bill by as much as 70 percent, making these units among the first near-zero net energy condos in the country.
