Terry Berringer – Terry is the General Superintendent of RiverCay. With over 30 years of project management and superintendent experience, Terry has built over 3,000 residential units in California, Arizona, and Colorado. Among some of Terry’s recent projects: The Falls, 208 units; Courtney Downs, 342 units; Bridgewater Apartments, 218 units, and Shadow Oaks, 440 units. Terry brings to the team a vast understanding of multi-unit residential construction and construction experience that includes wood frame, mild steel, and concrete post-tensioned buildings. He has a Class “B” contractor’s license with the City of Denver.
