After looking at between 15-20 apartment types throughout Denver, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in a home. The Powell floor plan is the most efficient use of space I found and this lack of wasted space makes it feel so much larger. With this efficient use of space comes shockingly low energy bills, I don't think I used my AC hardly at all this summer. It also has the greatest view of any comparable apartment downtown.

My employer, the Principal Real Estate Investors, has worked successfully with Zocalo for approximately four years. During this time, Zocalo has provided property management, accounting, construction management, and development services to Principal Real Estate Investors, in the Denver MSA. Specifically, Zocalo sourced an apartment development opportunity which was build within budget, on time and are now leasing units for us with great velocity. This successful venture has led to another apartment join venture development opportunity with Zocalo.

I believe that Zocalo is uniquely capable of effectively marketing green real estate strategies and also has the ability to consult on green retrofits of existing buildings. Their leasing and property management expertise is top tier despite being a smaller organization.
